Planning a 50th birthday, reunion or private group celebration? You can enquire about exclusive use of the available cottages and shared estate facilities.

Important: Whole-property hire is not an automatic online booking. Every request must go through the owner first and is accepted only on her conditions.

What’s included in an exclusive-use enquiry

  • Available cottages used together (up to 14 guests across Ivy, Jasmine, Saffron and Thyme)
  • Shared pool, gardens and braai areas
  • Self-catering stays with daily servicing as usual

How it works

  1. Contact the owner with your occasion, dates and guest numbers.
  2. Owner reviews the request and confirms whether the dates can work.
  3. Conditions are agreed (house rules, quiet hours, pricing approach, deposits, any limits).
  4. Only after owner approval is the stay confirmed through the normal booking process.

The Tarragon is a peaceful Hout Bay estate. Joyful celebrations are welcome; loud late-night club-style events are not a fit and may be declined.
