After a wonderful first stay at The Tarragon, I was delighted to return and experience the beautiful Ivy Cottage. Spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped, it felt more like a private retreat than a guesthouse room.
What I love most about The Tarragon is the incredible peace and tranquillity. The beautiful gardens, birdsong and secluded spaces create a wonderful sense of privacy, while Hout Bay’s beaches, restaurants and attractions are right on your doorstep.
Julia’s warm and personal hospitality makes the experience even more special. You truly feel at home here. After two stays, The Tarragon remains one of my favourite places to stay in Hout Bay — and I’m already looking forward to returning.
